Beauties On Our Budget

Beauties On Our Budget
Trying out a new monthly post this week. Like most ladies, I love to buy fashion mags and scroll through celebrity sites to check out the latest trends and see what celebrities are wearing. Who would think that some of them wear items that we could actually afford?? Remember, it doesnt have to be expensive to look good. Most of these ladies are actually lent their outfits and dresses for their red carpet appearances. They shop at stores just like us...and wear brands that we all love. Sure, we may not be able to afford the 1,000 dollar pair of shoes they may be wearing it with....but we can certainly take a look at that dress or pair of shades, right?

Taylor Swift in AQUA from Bloomingdale's
Taylor loves to rock the co-ords look. She has been photographed in so many different combos from stores such as ASOS, Missguided, Topshop and this set from Bloomie's.

AQUA Top & Skirt- Neon Floral
This bright and summery set could definitely be seen on Taylor, but better yet be worn by an of us! Easy on your pocketbook too!

Jessica Alba in Endless Summer
Jessica changes her look up every day. I am convinced that she could punch two holes in a paper bag and look good. She chose to go more boho with this dress and matched it with a comfy set of Birkenstocks. I wasn't able to find the sandals on their own retail site but found them to still be available on Amazon.

Endless Summer Hannah Midi
The dress is currently sold out but available for pre-sale. Yay for finding Endless Summer. It may just be my new favorite site!

Birkenstock Sandals in Monterey Black

Vanessa Hudgens in Ecote from Urban Outfitters
Vanessa is known for her hippie inspired looks. What makes this even better is that it was bought at URBAN OUTFITTERS! I need this dress. BRB!

Urban Outfitters Ecote Strappy Back Safari Maxi Dress
This would also work as a great transitional piece under a leather or denim jacket for the Fall. Pair it with some ankle boots and a cool black hat and you have yourself a whole other outfit!
Urban Outfitters

Kate Hudson in Etro Pants
I was just having a conversation the other day with my sister that if I were to ever have a movie made about my life, I would like Kate Hudson to play me. Just wanted to make that clear. She is so lovely and funny too! Kate Hudson starring in MaKa Style. Sounds amazing!! Anyways...I adore this ensemble. She has such a cool style and nails it every time. Although these pants are way out of my range ($1500 and up), I pieced together an outfit that is similar and more budget friendly. After doing some research to find something similar, I really fell in love with these Alice + Olivia  pair. Perhaps when they go on sale?
Donato Sardella

Persuasion Lace Crop Top
Shorter sleeves work with warmer weather. Pair it with a white or cream bandeau or silky tank to set off the sheer, If you dare to bare a bit more, try a pretty bra!
Nasty Gal

Oasis Wide Leg Printed Pants
I like the monochrome look of these pants. The pattern will elongate your legs and make you appear taller.

Zoe Saldana
A natural beauty. I tell my husband every day that I hope if we have a daughter, she looks like Zoe. GORGEOUS! She pulls off this chic look, effortlessly. Easy to do and can be done so many ways. White on white. Summery and stylish.

Vince. Cross Front Drape Blouse
A simpler take on the collarless blouse look.
Nordstrom Rack

Jack Wills- The Mewburn Silk Mix Shirt
A subtle print won't take away from this ensemble. This sheer silky shirt could look just as fabulous loosely tucked.
Jack Wills

ASOS Linen Pleat Shorts
Perfect pleated shorts to complete the ensemble.
