We all have a favorite celebrity or two. We silently covet their stylist and makeup artist and go to the store rummaging through the aisles trying to find products that will help us achieve their look. Sadly, the outcome is never the same and we curse the magazines for leading us on.
I will provide a makeup shopping guide that will help you achieve different celebrity looks. The products are all favorites of mine.
I LOVE Julianne Hough's makeup. She has some of the best brows in the biz. She has inspired me to take better care of my own brows, so the following products that MaKa features, I also use myself.
FACE: Givenchy makes a foundation that will make you red carpet ready. No worries about flash photography here, the formula is made to hide dark shadows and cover sallow complexions. The light, non-cakey formula also includes SPF! / LIPS: Chanel Rouge Allure in Gracile is the perfect shade of pink and will leave your lips smooth and moisturized. /EYESHADOW: All hail the Naked Palette! Urban Decay now has 3 eyeshadow palettes. The original is featured for Julianne. I LIVE by this palette. I use it daily. For her eyes, try using Half Baked on the lid, Smog in the crease, and Virgin in the inner corners. / BROWS: The Benefit High Brow Pencil will really open your eyes and make them stand out. Draw a thin line under the arch of your brow and blend in. The Benefit Instant Brow pencil will darken your brows, leaving them looking natural and polished. Pencil in with light strokes and then blend it out with the attached spoolie./ MASCARA: Make those puppies pop with DIORSHOW. This formula will lengthen, volumize and curl your lashes. / CHEEKS: Want to create her all over glow? Try using Bobbi Brown's brightening brick. It can also be used as a finishing powder with subtle hints of pink.
